Decency is to recognize your ego and know your limit. Decency is to realize that you are a servant and turn to the Almighty. Decency is to break arrogance and embrace humility.
Decency is to recognize the mortal world and to leave empty cases. Decency is to protect the rights of Allah Almighty and beings well. Modesty is to be honorable and loyal. Modesty is not doing things that will be regretted. In short, decency is good morals.
If a human being lacks decency, he is not a human being, because decency is the difference between a human being and an animal.
